1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cricaex ("cricaex", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cricaex website located at cricaex.net, including all associated games, betting markets, payment services, customer support facilities, and any other features or content provided through the platform.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and cricaex. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document referenced herein, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

cricaex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the cricaex platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms are written in English. In the event that any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or dispute.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active cricaex account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players must be 18 years or older to register, deposit, wager, or withdraw on cricaex.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of cricaex, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from cricaex or had a cricaex account closed for serious violations of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and not under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when making financial decisions on the platform.

cricaex conducts age and identity verification checks as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents — such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence — before your first withdrawal is processed or in response to a compliance review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

If cricaex has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. If the investigation confirms underage access, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used, subject to verification.

Jurisdiction

cricaex is an online gaming platform designed for adult players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of cricaex complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. cricaex makes no representation that the services offered are lawful or available in any specific location. Access to the cricaex platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at the player's own risk and cricaex accepts no liability in such cases.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of cricaex services — including casino games, sports betting, and payment facilities — you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. Registration is free of charge.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification documents.
• A valid email address that you own and have exclusive access to.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A secure password of your own choosing, not reused from other platforms.

By submitting the registration form, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one cricaex account only. If cricaex detects that a player has opened or is operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — all accounts belonging to that individual will be permanently suspended. Any bonus funds, winnings derived from bonus wagering, or promotional rewards credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full. Genuine deposits made into duplicate accounts will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any bonus-derived winnings.

Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your cricaex login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify cricaex immediately via the support email at [email protected]. cricaex will never contact you to request your password through any channel.

cricaex cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have not taken reasonable precautions or have shared your credentials with a third party.

Account Verification (KYC)

cricaex operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and fraud prevention best practices. You may be required to verify your identity, address, and payment method ownership at any stage of your relationship with cricaex — including at registration, before your first withdrawal, or following a high-value transaction. Supported KYC documents include National Identity Card, passport, utility bill (issued within the last three months), and bank or mobile financial service account statement. All KYC documents are stored and processed in accordance with the cricaex Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cricaex platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cricaex currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. Available payment methods may vary by account type and verification status and are subject to change at cricaex's discretion.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits specified in your account settings and any applicable promotional terms.
• Processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits typically credit to your cricaex wallet within 30 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours.
• Platform fees: cricaex charges no fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are the responsibility of the player.
• Currency: All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits in foreign currency are not accepted.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may be returned. cricaex reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account tier and verification status. Contact support for details.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals requiring enhanced KYC review may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals are always returned to the same payment method used for the associated deposit wherever technically possible. cricaex reserves the right to return funds to any verified payment method registered on the account.
• Platform fees: cricaex charges no fees on withdrawals. The full amount requested will be credited to your designated payment method.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification (KYC) has been completed on your account. cricaex reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

Responsible Transaction Practices

cricaex strongly recommends that all players use the deposit limit tools available in account settings to manage their spending. Never deposit funds that you cannot afford to lose. Gambling should be treated as a leisure activity, not as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on cricaex are subject to the specific game rules or betting market rules applicable to that product, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters within their scope.

Cricket & Sports Betting

cricaex offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Betting is available on events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, and other domestic and international fixtures. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on cricaex:

• All bets are final once confirmed. cricaex will not cancel a confirmed bet except in cases of obvious technical error, event cancellation, or market withdrawal prior to event commencement.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is settled, unless the bet was placed in error due to a manifest pricing mistake. cricaex reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to platform availability. Bets accepted after the relevant event outcome is already determined will be voided.
• Minimum bet: ৳10 per selection. Maximum bet: Subject to market-specific limits displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Winnings are credited to the player's cricaex wallet automatically upon settlement of the relevant market.

Casino Games

All casino games on the cricaex platform — including slots, live dealer games, and RNG table games — are provided by third-party software studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own published rules and paytable, available within the game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are certified by the game provider and are available on request via the cricaex support team.

• Games use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited. cricaex cannot manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live casino round, the relevant hand, spin, or round will be treated as void and any stake involved will be returned to the player's wallet.
• Maximum win caps may apply on certain slot games as specified in the game rules. Wins exceeding a stated cap will be paid at the cap value.

General Betting Conduct

cricaex takes a zero-tolerance approach to match-fixing, insider betting, syndicate wagering, and any form of betting fraud. If cricaex has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player's betting activity is connected to match manipulation, insider information, or coordinated abuse, the relevant account will be suspended immediately pending investigation and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities. Any winnings generated from suspected fraudulent betting activity will be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

cricaex offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as the specific terms attached to each individual offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each offer's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the offer. Bonus funds that have not been fully wagered within the stated time limit will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages. Full contribution tables are available in the individual offer terms.
• cricaex reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases where abuse or exploitation of the offer is suspected.
• Players who have set deposit limits lower than the minimum deposit required to trigger a bonus offer may not be eligible for that offer.

Bonus Abuse

cricaex employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of technical errors, coordinated wagering to reduce risk to negligible levels while completing wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer multiple times, and collusion between players. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and bonus-derived winnings forfeited and their accounts reviewed for continued eligibility. Serious or repeated bonus abuse may result in permanent account closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cricaex platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one cricaex account.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Money laundering: Using cricaex for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
• Payment fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a cricaex account.
• Chargeback abuse: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after receiving gaming services.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets using non-public, material information about the outcome of an event, or participating in any arrangement to fix the outcome of a sporting event.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live poker, or otherwise act in concert to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassment: Using the cricaex platform or its support channels to harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate other players or cricaex staff members.
• Intellectual property violations: Reproducing, copying, or distributing any cricaex content — including game assets, odds data, or platform code — without prior written authorisation.

cricaex reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibited conduct provisions. Such determinations are final and binding.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by cricaex

cricaex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or payment fraud.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a competent authority.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant and subject to closure after appropriate notice.

Where an account is closed by cricaex due to a verified breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Genuine deposits that have not been wagered — and that are not subject to any clawback under bonus abuse provisions — will be returned to the verified payment method on record after completing a final account review.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your cricaex account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Your request will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion via their account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. cricaex will also suppress all marketing communications for the duration. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. cricaex will contact the registered email address before taking any action on a dormant account. If no response is received and the account remains inactive for a further 30 days, cricaex may administratively close the account and return any verified remaining balance to the last known payment method on record.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cricaex's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. cricaex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not cricaex was advised of the possibility of such loss.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with general principles of online gaming law and fair commercial practice. Any dispute arising from your use of cricaex that cannot be resolved through the cricaex support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. cricaex will endeavour to resolve all player disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
